Easy Marinated Flank Steak |

This recipe is really easy to do and makes a very quick and tasty dinner. Dinner is ready in under 20 minutes with a little bit of prep the night before. Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1 1/2 lbs flank steaks |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, garlic, and ground black pepper. 2. Place meat in a Ziploc bag and pour marinade over the steak. 3. Refrigerate overnight. 4. Preheat grill for medium-high heat. 5. Place steak on the grill, and discard the marinade. 6. Grill meat for 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. |
