Makes a great weekday meal. Kids love this dish. For you people who don't like cheese. Ingredients:
8 ounces manicotti, cooked |
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1 dash pepper |
3/4 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
3 cups marinara sauce |
Directions:
1. Brown meat and mix with garlic powder, bread crumbs, salt, onion salt, Italian Seasoning, pepper, and 1/2 cup Marinara sauce. Fill manicotti with the meat mixture. Pour half of the Marinara sauce in 9 inch x 13 inch casserole dish. Lay in manicotti and cover with remaining sauce. Bake about 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
