Super easy and super yummy! Cooking time is freezing time. Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain yogurt |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 medium ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed |
Directions:
1. In food processor (or blender), process mango and sugar until smooth. 2. Add yogurt. 3. Pour mixture into 8 x4 freezer container. 4. Cover and freeze 4 hours, whisking from time to time. |
