This mango salsa goes great with your favorite tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish! It only takes a handful of ingredients and is ready in just minutes! Ingredients:
4 mangos - peeled, seeded, and diced |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained |
1 (10 ounce) can white shoepeg corn, drained |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
1 lime, juiced |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Stir the diced mango, black beans, corn, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. |
