Excellent to beat the heat and very good for stomach and digestion too! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt |
1 cup mango (fully ripe, use fleshy variety,cut in bite size pieces) |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a mixer and run till smooth. 2. Pour in jars with ice cubes and enjoy a delicious summer drink! |
