Malted milk powder makes this cake a one-of-a-kind hit. Ingredients:
1 2 layer-size dark chocolate fudge or devil's food cake mix |
1/3 c vanilla malted milk powder |
1 12oz. can whipped chocolate frosting |
1/4 c vanilla malted milk powder |
1-1/2 c coarsely chooped malted milk balls |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to pkg. directions,adding 1/3 c malted milk powder to batter. Pour batter into greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake 30-35 mins or till toothpick comes out clean. Place pan on wire rack and cook completely.In med. bowl,stir together frosting and 1/4c malted milk powder. Spread evenly over cake. Top with chopped malted milk balls.
