An easy macaroni salad I throw together to have with BBQ Ingredients:
3 cups elbow macaroni |
1/2 cup mayonaise |
1/2 cup lemon poppyseed salad dressing |
1 carrot |
1 red pepper |
2 green onions |
1/2 green olive slices |
1 can corn |
1 can chicken |
Directions:
1. Cook the macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted water, drain and rinse with cold water until it is cool 2. peel and dice the carrot 3. seed and dice the red pepper 4. finely slice the onion 5. drain the corn, chicken, and olives 6. combine all ingredients in a large bowl 7. It tastes better if it has a couple hours in the fridge for the flavours to mix. |
