Simple and easy. you can substitute you favorite cheese if you like Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni |
2 cups milk |
2 teaspoons flour |
2 tablespoons salt |
1/2 stick butter or margarine |
1 1/2 tablespoon pepper |
1teaspoon dry mustard |
2 cups sharp chedder cheese |
Directions:
1. Boil macaroni as per package. Drain and put in a casserole dish 2. In a sauce pan, add butter, flour, salt , pepper and mustard 3. Stir over med heat till melted and combined 4. Add milk, stiring , heat till just boiling then remove from heat 5. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese and stir until combined. 6. Pour over macaroni and blend in. 7. Top with 1/2 Cup cheese 8. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes 9. Enjoy!!! |
