This simple to make cloeslaw is a healthy addtion to any meal.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix, with carrots
5 green onions, chopped
8 tablespoons light sour cream
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon coriander
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. In a large bowl pour in the bag of prepared coleslaw mix and green onions.
2. In a small bowl combine sour cream, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and spices untill smooth.
3. Pour dressing over the cloeslaw and mix to combine.
