This simple to make cloeslaw is a healthy addtion to any meal. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix, with carrots |
5 green onions, chopped |
8 tablespoons light sour cream |
1/2 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon yellow mustard |
1/2 teaspoon coriander |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl pour in the bag of prepared coleslaw mix and green onions. 2. In a small bowl combine sour cream, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and spices untill smooth. 3. Pour dressing over the cloeslaw and mix to combine. |
