Easy Low Fat Biscuits

Healthy low fat biscuts. Very light and fluffy.
Ingredients:
4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
6 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add applesauce and yogurt. Blend well.
4. Using spoons, scoop uniform sized (approximately 2 inches in diameter) amounts onto a greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until brown on top.
