Easy Low-Calorie Turkey Chile

A meal you can eat on your diet that makes you forget you're on one.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 medium red onion
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can italian-style diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 cup water
2 tablespoons instant minced garlic
2 tablespoons season salt
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Dice red onions.
2. Add ground turkey and diced onions in large pot.
3. Add season salt
4. Saute until turkey is browned.
5. Drain excess liquid and return to pot.
6. Add tomato sauce and can of tomatoes with liquid.
7. Drain all beans and add them to pot.
8. Add garlic and pepper.
9. Add water and hot sauce.
10. Stir all ingredients together and cover.
11. Reduce heat to simmer.
12. Simmer for 20 minutes.
