breakfast, like skinny pancakes Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1 tbsp oil |
1 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup flour |
1/4 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. mix together well, pour 1/10 into pan sprayed with cooking spray, one at a time. cook over medium heat until able to flip easily, then flip and cook for about 20 seconds. serve with desired topping. (the crepe is the lowcal part unless you only use fruit or veggies!) |
