Easy Lime Shredded Brussel Sprouts |

This is a super easy side dish. For those of you scared of brussel sprouts, please give these a try as they have made people who think they don't like them into a fan! Ingredients:
1 pound brussel sprouts |
1/4 cup butter or olive oil |
juice from 1-2 limes (however limey you want it) |
salt and pepper (i use kosher salt on everything) |
Directions:
1. Cut sprouts in half then julienne. 2. Heat skillet over medium high. Melt butter then add sprouts and cook till tender, about 6-8 minutes. 3. Season with lime juice, salt & pepper. 4. Easy huh! Enjoy! |
