I like this recipe because it is quick, easy & tastey. I thought of it one day because I have always like chili, and wanted something tastey, but lower in calories & carbs.
Ingredients:
12 ounces jimmy dean low-fat sausage
1 quart tomato juice
10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies
6 ounces plain tomato paste
15 ounces red kidney beans (drained & rinsed)
Directions:
1. Cook sausage throughly.
2. Add: all other ingredients.
3. Simmer for 10 min.
