Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups refried beans (fat-free)
1/2 cup salsa (i like the chunky kind)
1 1/2 cups guacamole
1 1/2 cups sour cream (light or fat-free)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup sliced black olives (i add green too)
2 chopped green onions
1 bag tortilla chips (or more!)
Directions:
1. mix refried beans& salsa together.
2. spread bean& salsa mixture over the bottom of 10-12 inch serving dish.
3. cover with guacamole.
4. cover that with sour cream.
5. sprinkle the top with cheese,tomatos,olives& onions.
