This is a great dessert for the lemon lovers. Very refreshing on a hot summer day. Enjoy Ingredients:
36 graham crackers, crushed |
1 tbsp. sugar |
1/2 c. butter, melted |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened |
12 oz. cool whip |
1 c. powdered sugar |
2 cans lemon pie filling |
Directions:
1. Mix crackers, sugar and butter. Pat in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 2. degrees a few minutes until light brown; cool. 3. Combine half of Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Spread mixture on cooled crust. Spread lemon filling on top; add the remaining Cool Whip on top. Keep refrigerated |
