From Favorite brand name bakesale cookbook. Ingredients:
1 cup bisquick baking mix |
1 package jell-o lemon instant sugar-free pudding |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 egg, lightly beatten |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup sugar |
3 white chocolate baking squares |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Stir baking mix, pudding mix, and ginger together in a medium bowl. Mix in egg and oil until well blended. 3. Roll cookie dough into 1-inch balls. Place balls 2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. 4. Dip flat-bottom glass into sugar. Press glass onto each cookie dough ball and flatten into 1/4 inch thickness. 5. Bake 10 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire racks. 6. Drizzle cookies with melted white chocolate. |
