Found it a couple of years ago. Love lemon and this answered my crawing. Easy and quick to make Ingredients:
1 cup double cream |
1 lemon, juice of |
1 lemon, zest of |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese or 1/4 cup fat free cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Place the double cream, lemon zest and sugar in a large bowl and whisk until it thickens. 2. Add lemon juice and whisk again until thick. 3. Fold in cream cheese. 4. Transfer to serving dishes. 5. Refridgerate for approximately one hour. |
