A lusious, lemon version of polular dessert fondue.Pears , gingersnaps , and poundcake are a must for dipping.From my Christmas with Southern Living 2000 cookbook.I like the refreshing taste of lemons. Ingredients:
1(11 1/4 ounce) jar lemon curd or can use homemade |
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk |
1/4 cup half and half |
garnish: lemon zest |
Directions:
1. COMBINE first 3 ingredients in a small bowl,and stir well. 2. SPOON into a frooted serving dish. 3. SERVE with fresh fruit, gingersnaps, and poundcake, 4. GARNISH dish if desired. 5. MAKES 2 cups. |
