Ingredients:
1 package(s) pepperidge farm frozen puff pastry baked |
1 pound(s) skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes |
2 jar(s) golden chicken gravy |
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1/4 dried thyme leaves crushed |
3 cup(s) cooked cut-up vegetables fresh or frozen |
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Bake pastry shells. Cook vegetables and set aside. 2. In skillet, brown chicken in oil. Pour off fat. 3. Add gravy, lemon, thyme and vegetables. 4. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. 5. Spoon into pastry shells. Serves 6. |
