Easy Lemon Cheesecake Bars Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake mix |
1 small box lemon instant pudding |
3 eggs |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
2 8 ounces packages of cream cheese |
1 cu sour cream |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon lemon, optional |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Grease/spray bottom of 13 inch by 9 inch pan. 3. Measure 1 cup of cake mix and set aside. 4. Combine remaining mix, pudding with 1 egg and oil. 5. Press in bottom of pan and bake for 10 minutes. 6. Combine reserved cake mix, 2 eggs, cream cheese, sour cream and surgar. 7. Stir in lemon juice and spread over crust. 8. Bake for 35 minutes. 9. Sever cold or room temperature. |
