This is a very easy cake to make if your into lemon . Its made in our neighborhood alot... Ingredients:
1 lemon cake mix |
4 eggs |
1 cup oil |
1 cup water |
1 can lemon icing |
icing |
3 cups powdered sugar |
juice of one lemon and maybe some zest. |
Directions:
1. Mix all these ingredients together; mix and bake according to directions
2. Bake for 35 minutes in a 9 x 13 oblong pan.
3. Once removed from the oven, poke holes in cake with a fork.
4. Pour the icing over it.
5. Delicious if you love the lemon flavor.
