This taco bake is amazing. I know that the ingredients look as though they would taste weird when combined, but I love this meal. Kids would probably love this, and it's wicked simple and wicked cheap. Ingredients:
1 (7 1/4 ounce) box kraft macaroni and cheese |
1 lb ground beef |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix |
1 cup chunky salsa |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Prepare mac n cheese as directed on package. Cook meat with taco seasoning.
2. Layer seasoned meat, mac n cheese, and salsa in 8-inch square baking dish.
3. Bake 20 minute.
