Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground beef |
1 med. onion,chopped |
2 jar(s) 4 cheese spaghetti sauce |
16 ounce(s) cottage cheese |
1 pint(s) ricotta cheese |
1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese |
2 eggs |
16 ounce(s) lasagna noodles |
8 slice(s) shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. In large skillet brown beef, add onions; saute' until onions are transparent. Stir in Pasta sauce and heat. In a medium bowl combine cottage cheese, ricotta cheese,grated parmesan and eggs; Spread a thin layer of sauce in bottom of 13x9in pan, layer with uncooked noodles, cheese mixture, mozzarella and meat sauce; continue layering until all ingredients are used; reserving 1/2 cup mozzarella. Cover pan with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes; uncover and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake for additional 15 minutes or until cheese starts to brown. Remove from oven, let stand 10-15 minutes before serving |
