This is a yummy cheese queso that has a little bit of kick to it! You can use the Queso Blanco without the jalapenos if you don't like spice. Ingredients:
2 lbs velveeta queso blanco with jalapenos |
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped |
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes, drained |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a crock pot or on the stove top on low until cheese is melted. 2. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy! |
