Adapted from a WW recipe. My family likes it better than any other I have tried. The added lime zest makes all the difference. Ingredients:
14 ounces fat-free condensed milk |
8 ounces egg substitute |
1/4 cup lime juice |
1 tablespoon lime zest |
1 (6 ounce) graham cracker crust |
8 ounces cool whip free |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Mix first four ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk. Pour into pie crust and place on baking sheet in oven for about 15 minutes or until pie is set but still quivers. 3. Chill for at least two hours. |
