My friend gave me this. Thought you may enjoy it. Very tasty Recipe uses a cake mix and bottled key lime juice Ingredients:
1 box duncan hines lemon cake mix |
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix |
1 cup water |
1 cup oil |
4 large eggs |
1 tbsp. key lime juice |
icing |
2 cup powdered sugar |
1/3 cup lime juice |
Directions:
1. Cake: Mix all ingredients together and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
2. Icing: Mix well and pour over warm cake.
3. Use a spring form tubular cake pan and fill the hole with raspberries or grapes as a garnish
