An easy and delicious Italian Wedding soup. Ingredients:
3-1/2 c chicken broth |
1 c water |
1 c uncooked medium shell pasta |
16 frozen meatballs |
2 c fresh spinach leaves,finely shredded |
1 can (8oz) pizza sauce |
Directions:
1. In 3 qt. saucepan,heat broth and water to boiling. Add pasta and meatballs;return to boiling. cook 7 to 9 mins or till pasta is almost tender. Do not drain. 2.
