Throw together this healty and flavorful easy Italian spinach recipe for an easy side dish. Ingredients:
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 cup italian-seasoned breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup grated romano cheese |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Sauté spinach and garlic in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated and liquid evaporates. Add breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Serve immediately. |
