This recipe came from my mother, its dead simple and absolutely amazing! Ingredients:
3 onions |
3 -4 garlic cloves |
rosemary |
2 glasses white wine |
6 skinless chicken thighs |
Directions:
1. Put a pan on medium heat. 2. Fill the bottom of the pan with olive oil. 3. Chop the onions (quite big) and add to the pan. 4. Add garlic cloves, chopped very small. 5. Add chicken pieces and sprinkle with rosemary. 6. Leave for 30 minutes - until reduced,. 7. Add wine, then turn the heat up full and leave until cooked. |
