2 lbs ricotta cheese |
5 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 tablespoon lemon peel |
Directions:
1. blend all ingredients and put into a 10 inch cake pan, either glass, or round.
2. preheat oven to 300 and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
3. bake until top is brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
