Yummy and very, very easy. Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 tablespoons caraway seeds |
1 cup sugar |
1 1/2 cups raisins |
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt |
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in large bowl and stir well. 2. Grease black iron frying pan. 3. Pour batter into pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 5. Remove from pan. 6. Cover with towel until cool. |
