Nice light biscuits and quick too. Give 'em a try. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup canola oil |
2/3 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. In a medium bowl, place flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well. 3. Put oil then milk into a 1 cup measure, don't stir. 4. Pour directly into flour mixture. Stir with a fork. 5. Roll and cut into circles. 6. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 450 degree oven till golden. |
