Quick, easy and unique, this imitation crab, egg, rice salad is sure to be a hit! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, chopped |
1 1/2 cups cooked rice, cooled |
4 hard-boiled eggs, cooled, peeled and chopped |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Combine imitation crabmeat, rice, and eggs in a large bowl. 2. Stir in mayonnaise. If salad seems dry add more mayo. 3. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. |
