Easy Hot Wok Prawns

This simple and quick prawn dish is easy to make. But must prepare with fresh medium size prawns! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
600g medium size fresh prawns
3 tbsp shaoxin wine (chinese rice wine)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
cilantro leaves for decoration
chillies optional
Directions:
1. First marinate the prawns with the rice wine, and rub in the salt.
2. Prepare a wok or frying pan together with a lid.
3. Heat up the wok until you can see some smake coming up from it.
4. Immediately pour in the prawns together with the marinated sauce.
5. Cover with lid. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
6. Open the lid, sprinkle in the water, cover the lid again for another 1 minute. You will smell the aroma by now.
7. Now the prawns are ready, place it on a plate, set aside.
8. Prepare the sauce by heat up the oil in the pan / wok.
9. Fry the garlic and add oyster sauce.
10. Stir for a minute, pour the sauce over the prawns, done!
11. Serve with some cilantro leaves on top.
12. *NOTE: If you want to have some Hot and spicy taste, cut some red chilies and small green padi chillies, stir in together with the sauce!
