this is great over corn chips or to add into a dish that is a little mild and needs a little heat or right over tacos or nachoes.
Ingredients:
3 cups diced tomatoes, or 2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes, drained
2 large onions, minced well
4-7 peppers--- see below how to adjust the heat
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
4 cloves minced garlic
juice of one lime
Directions:
1. take a large bowl and add all of the ingredients to this. Stir well. I adjust the heat by adding different kinds of peppers. If you want it mild use a jalapeno or green chilies, for hotter use a pepper like a serrano or even a few habeneros-only add one if you use these-super hot!
