This is easy to make and super good on ice cream, we love it! This was my mom's recipe from years ago. Ingredients:
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/4 cup butter |
2/3 cup sugar |
2/3 cup evaporated milk |
Directions:
1. in a small but heavy saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter. add sugar and gradually add in the evaporated milk. Bring the mixture to a boil, slightly reduce heat, but, continue to boil for another 6-8 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly. serve warm over ice cream. |
