You can use the same amount picante sauce in place of the salsa. For more heat use the extra spicy salsa. Ingredients:
1 cup salsa |
1/4 cup honey |
1/2 teaspoon dry ginger powder |
1 1/2 lbs chicken wings |
sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Set oven to 400 degrees. 2. Line a 15 x 10-inch baking sheet with foil and then spray with cooking spray. 3. In a large bowl stir together the salsa, honey and ginger powder; add in the chicken wings and toss to coat well. 4. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is done. 5. Remove to a serving platter or bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds. |
