This is so easy.. don't stop with just this filling... try others... we make a pizza one! They are also good fried! My Grandkids love them and I have to double the recipe. Ingredients:
9 oz. ground round |
3/4 lb. soft-style cream cheese |
30 wonton wrappers |
2-1/4 cups prepared spaghetti sauce |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. In a bowl stir together ground round and cream cheese. 2. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper. 3. Brush wrapper edges with water or a beaten egg. 4. Fold corner to corner to form triangle shape and press edges together firmly. 5. Let lay for about 5 minutes to make sure they seal. 6. Drop into boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes or until meat is done. 7. Heat sauce in a separate saucepan. 8. Top ravioli with sauce. 9. Try stuffing with minced pepperoni and cheeses... Yummy 10.
