Easy Homemade Classic Coleslaw |

I recently found this in a magazine, can't remember which one, I tried it tonight and it was surprisingly tasty. It is SUPER easy, which makes it even better. I added some horseradish and a dash of hot sauce. Ingredients:
5 cups rough cut cabbage |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon creamed horseradish (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingedients, except for cabbage. 2. Whisk until smooth. 3. Stir in cabbage, chill for at least 1 hour. |
