1/2 cup raw spinach |
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halves |
1/4 cup black beans |
1/2 tbsp red wine vinaigrette |
1/4 cup avocado, peeled and diced |
Directions:
1. Mix all but the avocado in a large bowl well. Fold in avocado afterwards to prevent it from falling apart. |
