This was one that came from a work pitch-in. It is really easy, and great on a cold day. I sometimes add chopped ham and use it as a main dish. (I'm guessing on the servings.) Ingredients:
1 (28 ounce) package o'brien frozen potatoes |
4 ounces butter (melted) |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
8 ounces sour cream |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and place in a greased 9x13 inch pan. 2. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until golden brown and bubbly. |
