I used 2 cans of cream of mushroom, one was regular and the other fat free. That's why I put 1 1/2 cans to try to get the nutrition facts closer to actual. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs hamburger |
1 onion (chopped) |
2 lbs sliced potatoes |
1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup |
6 oz water |
Directions:
1. Crumble lean hamburger into bottom of large rectangled glass baking dish. 2. Chop one onion and layer over hamburger. 3. Peel and slice potatoes and layer over onion. 4. Mix 1/2 can of water (about 6 ounces) with 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, stir until creamy. Pour over potatoes. 5. Salt and pepper to taste. 6. Cover with foil. 7. Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour or more. Until potatoes are fork tender. Remove foil for the last 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 mins before cutting. |
