Quick and easy and oh so good! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken rice soup, undiluted |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup, undiluted |
1/2 cup rice |
1/2 cup diced celery |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 cups hot water |
chinese noodles |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients (except noodles) together well and place in casserole dish. 2. Bake for 1 hour. 3. Remove from oven. 4. Cover with Chinese noodles. 5. Bake an additional 1/2 hour. |
