This dish makes even the fussiest eaters happy. It is easy to make and tastes great. Usually there are no leftovers. Ingredients:
ham steak |
pre packaged mashed potatoes |
small white onion diced |
one bag of frozen corn |
salt |
pepper |
garlic |
2 tbls. butter |
Directions:
1. Chop a medium ham steak into cubes and put in a casserole dish
2. Add one package of packaged mashed potatoes
3. Add diced onion
4. Add bag of frozen corn
5. Add butter
6. Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
7. Do not mix
8. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in oven preheated to 350 degrees.
9. When casserole is finished, mix until thoroughly combined. serve and enjoy.
