This is a delicious dish that's so easy to prepare but elegant enough for company. Kids love it served as is, add a peanut dipping sauce for adults. Yum. Prep time includes time to marinate. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3 tablespoons lime juice (fresh, not bottled) |
1/2 teaspoon turmeric |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
6 -8 boneless chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients. 2. Add chicken breasts, turning to coat. 3. Refrigerate 2-3 hours, or up to 8 hours. 4. Grill on medium heat until just cooked through, no pink showing. |
