A quick and easy way to prepare green beans with an Indian flavor. Ingredients:
1 lb green beans |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon garam masala |
1/2 teaspoon salt or 1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 tomato, chopped |
Directions:
1. Cook green beans until tender and immediately cool in cold water to stop cooking. 2. Melt butter in pan. When it is lightly browned, add garam masala and salt. 3. Add grean beans and toss to coat. 4. Serve with chopped tomato sprinkled over the top. |
