This one came together by accident which I'm usually not very good at... but it's soooo yum and easy! Ingredients:
15 ounces philly beef steaks |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped |
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbles |
2 tablespoons dill fresh or 2 tsp. dried dill |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup lettuce, shredded |
1/2 tomato, chopped |
24 kalamata olives, seedless and sliced |
3 -4 pita bread, sliced and toasted |
Directions:
1. Cook Philly Beef to package directions, set aside. 2. In bowl combine yogurt, cucumbers, feta, dill, garlic and salt. 3. Spread, mixture on the inside of pitas. (like mayo). 4. Add a helping of beef, then shredded lettuce and tomatoes. 5. Top with more cucumber feta sauce and olives. 6. Enjoy! |
