Ingredients:
4 thick fish filets (such as grouper or mahi mahi) |
1 can(s) diced tomatoes |
feta cheese |
capers |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
garlic minced |
basil |
Directions:
1. Brush fish with olive oil and salt and bake in oven at 375 for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together. Top fish with sauce and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. |
