Ingredients:
20 plum tomatoes
2 sprigs rosemary
2 bell peppers
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch sage
1 cup parsley
Directions:
1. dice and seed tomatos.
2. dice up peppers.
3. chop sage and parley.
4. smash or chop garlic (your pick).
5. combin everything into a sauce pan and cook over med heat for about 1 hour.
